Organizational Structure

In order to meet its new role under Law 4389/2016, HPPC has recently undergone organizational and operational restructuring. The new organizational model was designed so as to effectively support the needs of the Company’s new business plan, taking into account the optimum models of organization and operation of companies in the specific industry as well as the special conditions of HPPC. This restructuring aims at a better coordination between the Departments and the Units and the improved and efficient operation of the Company as a whole.
